The trial version of the program stops after doing 20% of the job. Immediately after 20% it shows an error: floating point division by zero. I've tried it on at least 5-6 CHM files of different size. The result, or rather, the non-result is always the same. What is the problem? Can anything be done?

The problem is with the application. This means that you should obtain a new version of the application to fix this issue. The latest version is 3.0.
